First and foremost, you need to confirm that the computer and printer are connected to the same WiFi network in your location.
After confirmation, you are advised to uninstall the printer driver on your PC and then install its latest version on your computer.
There is usually a firmware for the printer other than the driver and software. Download and install it on your computer.
Endeavor to always delete any existing old profile on your WiFi network for Epson printer troubleshooting.
Click the Start button on your computer. Head to Devices and Printers, select “add a printer” and then click on “add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer”.
If the printer wasn’t listed, Stop the search and select the tab “The printer that I want wasn’t listed”. Select the option “Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname” and click next. Type in the printer’s IP address to find it when unlisted and click the next button.
Check your router’s MAC settings. Register your printer’s MAC address with your network so the printers IP address can be reserved.
See if the correct WEP/WPA keys have been entered.
